Delicious Fresh Asparagus: Available Now!

Carrigan Farms grows four acres of  asparagus. Enjoy one of spring’s first fresh vegetables, grown locally in Mooresville. The season is only six weeks long. Asparagus is hand harvested every morning by bending over and snapping each spear off at the ground.

We love to enjoy asparagus lightly steamed with butter and salt, in a breakfast omelet with Jarlsberg cheese, or grilled then drizzled with balsamic reduction and fresh parmesan.  These recipes and more are available in our blog.

Cost $7 per one pound bundle

When available, Asparagus can be picked up at the market, located at 1261 Oakridge Farm Highway, Mooresville, NC 28115.
