Eligibility/Entry

There is no entry fee to submit a design. All entrants must submit a T-shirt design by email to support@carriganfarms.com to be a participant in the contest. All entrants must reside in the US. A maximum of five (5) design submissions per person are allowed. If you are under the age of 18, your design must be submitted by a parent or guardian on your behalf.

Rules and Guidelines

1.  All designs must be original creations of the contestant, and incorporate a seasonal aspect of Carrigan Farms activities.
2. Design(s) must be submitted in .pdf, .jpg, or .jpeg format, to support@carriganfarms.com by 11:59pm (ET) on March 14, 2025
3. Winning designer agrees to sign a waiver to allow Carrigan Farms the use part or all of their design and / or inspiration from their design free of charge, for any and all printing and promotional purposes.
4. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to all contest rules. If you have any questions, please email support@carriganfarms.com.

Required Design Components

The winning design will be placed on the front or back of a 2025 Carrigan Farms t-shirt. Carrigan Farms is looking for the following design themes:

1. Open Swim: Two (2) Open Swim designs will be picked, for more information on Open Swim visit here on our website: https://www.carriganfarms.com/open-swim/
2. Apple Picking: One (1) Apple Picking design will be picked.
3. Pumpkin Picking: One (1) Pumpkin Picking design will be picked.
4. Haunted Trail: One (1) Scarrigan Farms, haunted trail, design will be picked. For more information on Scarrigan Farms, please visit our website: https://scarriganfarms.com/
5. Theme: Design theme must include information to one of the categories listed above.

How Winner is Selected

1. Entries will be evaluated by an internal panel of judges and will be reviewed for:
   • Concept and originality of design
   • Visibility from a reasonable distance
   • Adherence to design and submission rules and guidelines
   • Successfully capturing the spirit of Carrigan Farms and it’s activities
   • Totality of design and production readiness
2. Upon final review, the top designs will be presented on social media.
3. Winner will receive a 4-pack of admission to the corresponding season of their submission, as well as a free t-shirt of their design. The admissions do not have cash value.

Fine Print

Publicity and Agreement: Contest entry constitutes an agreement by the submitting designers to grant free license of all copyrights of the submitted works to Carrigan Farms, LLC in perpetuity, for publicity and promotional purposes.

Media Release: By submitting artwork, you agree that if your design wins, Carrigan Farms, LLC retains first printing rights and a free license, in perpetuity, to utilize the design on t-shirts and other promotional items, and marketing, fundraising, and public relations materials. You are guaranteeing that your design does not contain any copyrighted material, including images/copy found on the internet, unless clearly marked as published under a Creative Commons (cc) license. Contest entrants who are not selected as the winning designer(s) retain all rights to their artwork.
